IN a recession Gross domestic product slows down, business orders decline, employment falls and unemployment rises. Think about it for a second could you go for 3 months without a job? Do you have enough money to support your family? In order to prevent a recession from occurring, United states exports would have to be higher than imports. by establishing new businesses that manufacture the imported goods instead; a recession could be prevented. Having a strong economy creates a stronger future for our families.
